ROAM Africa (Ringier One Africa Media) has announced the appointment of Jobberman Nigeria CEO, Hilda Kabushenga Kragha as the new Managing Director of ROAM Africa Jobs making her the fourth woman on the seven person team of ROAM’s ExCo Team
Hilda who joined Jobberman Nigeria as CEO in June 2019 will now lead ROAM Africa’s jobs brands, including Jobberman (Ghana and Nigeria) and BrighterMonday (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda
ROAM Africa’s Jobs brands are the dominant recruitment solutions platforms in Africa, including BrighterMonday in East Africa (focusing on Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda) and Jobberman in West Africa (focusing on Nigeria and Ghana).
Hilda takes over from Kwaku Agbesi, who chose to fully focus on his role as CEO of Jobberman Ghana and give his undivided attention to unearthing the big potential in his home country.
Hilda, who joined Jobberman Nigeria as CEO in June 2019, brings a wealth of consulting and human capital development experience to the role. Under her leadership, Jobberman Nigeria has strengthened its position as Nigeria’s largest jobs platform, with over 2 million job seekers and 68,000 employers.

Hilda’s main focus will remain in Nigeria until the end of the year, whilst recruiting a successor in Nigeria, starting from January 2021.
Who is Kragha Kabushenga?
Kragha Kabushenga is a Ugandan executive with experience across EMEA. Prior to her current appointment, She has since June 2019 been the CEO at Jobberman, Nigeria’s number 1 recruitment platform whose mission is to improve workplace productivity by making sure the right person is placed in the right job.
From November Until December 2018, she was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company’s Lagos office, serving private and public sector clients primarily on strategy, human capital, talent management, change management and organisational behaviour
Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked as a transfer pricing expert with KPMG East Africa for 2 years between 2011 and 2013 working with Multinationals in the region to design/develop their transfer pricing policies and support them in negotiations with the different tax authorities.
She describes herself as being passionate about human capital and organisational behaviour more so about solving Africa’s talent and productivity conundrum.
She is a holder of Master of Business Administration from IESE Business School- University of Navarra as well as Bachelor of Laws from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
