Strategic African Women in Leadership (SAWIL) has announced the appointment of Susan Kayemba as Country Director for Uganda.
With this appointment, she becomes the first East African on the team.
Seipati Asante Mokhuoa, the Founder of (SAWIL-Africa) welcomed the newest member to the team with a message via her twitter handle.

Susan is currently the Head of Digital Services at MTN Uganda.
SAWIL is a vehicle for women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals in Africa seeking to advance their careers through leadership training, executive coaching, entrepreneurship training, masterclasses, board training, mentorship and networking with the sole objective of transforming and diversifying leadership composition, particularly in the private sector.
The organization’s ultimate goal is to bring a more strategic approach towards women’s development and empowerment.
