Sanjay Rughani, a banker with over 25 years of banking experience across the African continent, has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Standard Chartered Bank, Uganda, CEO East Africa, can exclusively reveal. According to our sources, he replaces, Albert Saltson, who has retired from Standard Chartered Bank after more than 15 years. His final day at the bank was on 23rd March 2022. H
