Airtel Africa, has appointed Manoj Murali as the new Managing Director for Airtel Uganda, to replace V.G Somasekhar, who resigned at the beginning of March 2020. Somasekhar, who was supposed to leave at the end of March but was caught up due to the Covid-19 lockdown, returns to the Bharti Airtel Group in India for redeployment.
