Dr Sudhir Ruparelia, the billionaire businessman and founder of the Ruparelia Group, and his daughter, Sheena Ruparelia, were honoured today at the 39th National Resistance Movement (NRM/A) Victory Day Anniversary, held at the National Teacher’s College in Mubende District, Uganda.
