Dr. Sengonzi Edward Damulira, the new Under Secretary and Accounting Officer at the Ministry of Finance
Dr. Sengonzi Edward Damulira has been appointed the Under Secretary and Accounting Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development effective 1st. October. 2020.
Dr. Sengonzi replaces Ms. Betty Kasimbazi who retired recently from the Civil Service upon clocking the mandatory retirement age of 60years.
