Doreen has over 15 years’ banking experience with a specialized focus on customer experience, acquisition, retention, business growth, financial literacy, and relationship management.
She has previously served in different roles as Manager Customer Experience, Branch Manager, Branch Operations Manager, and Banking Officer at dfcu Bank.
Doreen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University, Kampala, an MBA from Amity University, India, and a Certificate in Customer Service Excellence in Financial Services and Banking Operations from the Uganda Institute of Bankers.
