DHL Express has been recognized alongside 12 other companies in Africa for its outstanding employee offerings. This accolade is given to companies deemed as having excellent history of compliance in regards to conditions that employers create for their staff in the work environment. In addition the company has been certified Top Employer 2015 for achieving certification in at least four countries within the region. These countries include South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia and Ghana.
According to DHL Express Uganda Managing Director Asteway Desta, only organizations that achieve certification in over 4 markets deserve the special Top Employers Africa 2015 recognition.
