RVR parent company and main shareholder Citadel Capital is in the final stages of transforming from a private equity firm to an investment company. This follows the purchase of assets and added investments worth US$ 0.37bn. The Egyptian headquartered Citadel Capital and a leading investment company in Africa and the Middle East, announced that it has completed asset purchases and add on investments worth a combined US$ 0.38bn.
