Capital Subsidiary Africa Railways, lead investors in the Kenya and Uganda railways has completed a transaction that has seen it purchase a 34% equity stake in RVR from Safari Rail Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nairobi-listed infrastructure company TransCentury Limited, the two companies announced on April 1, 2014.
