You have heard of a saying, hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. Unless you are a thief, everyone must start out by working hard of course while watching your lifestyle. Otherwise, hard work means nothing with bad lifestyle

As you work hard, you become wiser because you learn from experiences even failure as well. Your decision making gets better because your mind working makes it get better automatically. You are slowly getting ushered into a mix of working hard and working smart.

Unfortunately a big number of young people are convinced, there is a way, they can party all night long, work less and still create wealth but someone isn’t telling them the truth. I have no patience anymore for this kind of mindset because I am getting older

People don’t want to hear a guy like me who has put in 27yrs for the little progress!

Physical hard work needs brains too but smartness develops along the way and however smart one is without valuing physical involvement, you will hardly go far

We aren’t naturally born with smartness, the reason we go to school, it’s takes time and learning never stops.

Even managing people is also learnt through mistakes one makes and learning from those who already know.

Smartness doesn’t come automatically, it’s through the ropes and hard work that one learns smartness.

Working smart is achieved after making some good establishments but the initial phase of it all I believe it’s hard work.
