Airtel Uganda has appointed David Birungi as the new Manager Public Relations. In his new role, he will be accountable for building and sustaining the reputation of Uganda’s second largest National Telecom Operator. Before this appointment, David was Manager Stakeholder Relations at Umeme Limited, Uganda’s biggest electricity distributor where he succeeded in building strong relations with key stakeholders of the Utility.
