The Agriculture sector if well managed has the power to transform Uganda’s economy. This is according to the Vision Group CEO Robert Kabushenga who also believes there is need to provide incentives to people who are not educated but are actively participating in Agriculture.
He was speaking at the Stanbic Bank Post Budget meeting held on 10th June 2016 at the Kampala Serena Hotel June under the theme ‘Making Strategic Policy Decisions for Sustainable Economic Growth’.
