The Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) has appealed against the dismissal of a case in which it was seeking to recover more than Shs21 billion from contractor, Dott Services Limited. In a media statement, the national roads authority states that the case against Dott Services Limited and Professional Engineering Consultants (PEC) was wrongly decided by the court. Last week, the Commercial Court dismissed with costs, a case in which UNRA had sought to recover Shs21 billion with interests.
