Vodafone has launched an e-learning platform for university students in Uganda. Dubbed ‘Jump Academy’, the platform comprises a series of recorded lecture videos that cut across various subjects based on the Uganda university curriculum.

Speaking during the launch at Victoria University main campus in Kampala on Wednesday 26th April 2017, Vodafone Uganda Chief Executive Officer (CEO) John Ndego, said the academy is aimed at enriching students with content that is not only easily accessible, but free.

“We have had the Jump Academy for a few months now since February 10th 2017. We believe education is the key to development of any country and Jump Academy will address marketing, advertising, communication and human nutrition,
