The National Housing and Construction Company (NHCC) on Saturday 7th of May 2016 signed a US$ 26.11 million contract with Tirupati Development Limited to resume construction works on the Naalya Pride Apartments project. The project which will be developed in 2 phases comprises of 280 apartments with 152 units being completed in the first phase and 128 units in the second.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Parity Twinomujuni the NHCC CEO was pleased with this development as he welcomed Tirupati into the partnership.
