Keith Harold Mugabi was elected the 2nd Guild President of Victoria University in December 2015. Born in a family of four, he attended Kabojja Junior for Primary School before going to Seeta High and Turkish Light Academy for O’ and A’ Level respectively.
Currently in his 2nd year at the campus, Mugabi says Victoria University has presented a leadership opportunity for him.
“I have never been in a leadership position before. Not because I was not interested but because I had never had the chance. I joined the Guild race because I have always wanted to serve people. The University needs a grounded Guild office with a strong constitution which we have been running without. I have had to oversee the drafting of some guidelines which now await approval from the administration. This is a great achievement for us,
