Centenary Bank has allayed its customers fears over inconsistencies in bank balances following the ongoing ATM access PIN change. According to a statement released to media houses, the bank had received complaints from 25 customers after which it conducted preliminary investigations.
“We found out that this could have been as a result of our system upgrade that the bank regularly undertakes to improve its services to customers. As part of efforts to address the inconsistencies, we instigated a temporary ATM cash withdrawal limit to Ushs 100,000 for 24 hours. However, all limits have since returned to the normal levels and all clients are transacting normally,
