The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has announced it will hold its Annual Members Meeting (AMM) on the 28th of October 2014. This is in a bid to engage its members on the activities taking place at the fund.
Making the announcement at the company’s headquarters in Kampala on 14th October 2014, Geraldine Ssali the Fund’s acting Managing Director said the AMM creates a transparent platform to explain to stakeholders what the fund has been doing with their money.
“This meeting is in line with our commitment to transparency and accountability. We will discuss performance over the last year and give them a picture of our strategic direction as we aim to meet their social security needs. We will also welcome feedback from members during the AMM as well as recognize the best employers in terms of compliance,
