Joseline Kateeba is the Managing Director at Crest Foam Limited (Uganda), a leading manufacturer and distributor of flexible foam in East Africa which is based in Kampala, Uganda. She has held the position for 6 years now having taken over the position in 2015. She was Director from 2014 to 2015
Prior to that, she was at Cummins Inc for three years first as Director of Strategy and Business Development Leader for Africa from 2011 to 2012, then as Director for Special Projects from 2013 to 2014. Cummins is a 101-year-old American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products.
From 2009 to 2010 she had a stint at Crest Foam Limited (Uganda) as General Manager

Prior to that, she worked at Bain & Company first as Associate Consultant in South Africa from 2000 to 2002, then as a Consultant in the Greater Chicago Area from 2007 to 2009.
In between, she worked as a Business Analyst at Nedcor from 2002 to 2004 in South Africa
Joseline has served as a Non-Executive Board Member of Uganda Manufacturers Association, NCBA Bank Uganda Limited, Biyinzika Poultry International Limited and a member of the Advisory Board of Total Uganda Limited.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, a Master of Philosophy, Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from the University of Cambridge as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from University of Warwick
Joseline says that she travels to run and has participated in marathons in Uganda and Nairobi, Kenya. “I also get a sense of accomplishment from running. I have done a couple of half marathons and I would like to push myself to do a full marathon,” she says.
