Adrine Nuwagaba

Adrine Nuwagaba is currently a business consultant based in Bonn Germany having retired her Country Manager position at Cellulant, Pan-African technology company whose payments gateway powers and organises Africa’s Marketplace by connecting buyers, sellers and other critical stakeholders with an underlying payments solution that enables them to make and receive payments.

Here, she was tasked with Development of country business strategy for growth, Financial Management, Partner management& engagement, Risk& compliance, Team performance and commercial management.  

Nuwagaba had grown through the ranks at Cellulant, from Marketing Coordinator in 2018. In her role, she implemented marketing & advertising strategies, social media marketing, managed marketing & sales budgets, market research and analysis to Business Development/ Marketing where she was instrumental in devising and implementing strategy for meeting sales performance target, driving peak performance and sales success, identifying new business development opportunities.

She moved on to become the Marketing Manager where she was tasked to drive hyper growth of users, Revenue & Brand Management for the Uganda market.

She became Ag. Country Manager and then Country manager.

She worked as consultant at Azamtv Uganda in 2015, Sales Executive at Continental Outdoor media (2014 to 2015), Independent Representative at QI Group of Companies (2012 to 2014), Mapping Assistant Uganda Bureau of Statistics (2010 to 2012) and a Research Assistant at Sasakawa Global 2000 from 2008 to 2009.

Adrine holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University, a Fundamental of Business Expansion certificate from YALI Network, USA and an Entrepreneurial Studies certificate from Regent University
